Type of mutation: Cameo Blackshoulder Pied White Eyeds combine the cameo color with the blackshoulder, pied and white eyed patterns.
Peacock Coloration: Males are the same non-iradescent brown color as cameos, except instead of having tan and brown barred wings, their wings are a solid light brown color. They also have random patches of white on their plumage, and the center of their ocelli are white.
Peahen Coloration: Peahens' normal oaten coloration is interrupted by patches of white and white tipped feathers down their back and tail.
Do they breed true?: No. The cameo color and blackshoulder and white eyed patterns breed true, but the pied pattern does not. Chicks from a pure pair of cameo blackshoulder pied white eyeds will be approximately 25% white (but dominant for cameo, blackshoulder and white eyed), 50% cameo blackshoulder pied white eyeds, and 25% cameo blackshoulder dark pied white eyeds. The cameo color remains sex linked, so breeding a male of this type to any hen will result in daughters that are cameo.
