Type of mutation: Opal Silver Pieds are a combination of the opal color mutation and the silver pied pattern mutation. |

Peacock Coloration: Opal Silver Pied males are mostly white, but with patches of original aquamarine tinted gray Opal coloration, especially on their neck. Any colored ocelli should have white in the middle. |

Peahen Coloration: Opal Silver Pied hens are mostly white with patches of gray coloring. They often look quite similar to Blue Silver Pieds. |

Do they breed true?: No, Opal Silver Pieds will not breed true. They produce approximately 50% Opal Silver Pieds, 25% White (dominant for opal) and 25% Opal White Eyeds. |
