Type of mutation: These birds combine the purple color mutation with the silver pied pattern mutations.
Peacock Coloration: Males are primarily white, with patches of normal purple coloration. Thier blue neck has a purple sheen, and the tail feathers are a lighter shade of green that bleaches as the year progresses.
Peahen Coloration: Hens are also primarily white, with patches of normal purple coloration, especially on the back and neck.
Do they breed true?: No, because the silver pied mutation does not breed true. Apprixmately 50% will be Purple Silver Pied, 25% will look white, but be dominant for the purple gene, and 25% will be Purple White Eyed.
